Increase in category rents since 01.09.2011
Due to the exceeding of the 5%-point threshold since the last increase (1.9.2008) of Category rental prices These were set anew. The increased values are as follows, depending on the category of the apartment:

| C | 1,54 | 1,62 |
| D is usable | 1,54 | 1,62 |
| D | 0,77 | 0,81 |
These category rental prices apply in particular to many (existing) Rental agreements in Old buildings, which were received between 1982 and 1994.
