Temporary simplification regulation for the Finanzonline registration of companies by tax advisors, limited until 31 May 2003.

The main simplification consists in the elimination of the notarization of the special power of attorney.

Simplified registration

:: The registration form must be signed by the entrepreneur
:: Special power of attorney from the entrepreneur to the economic trustee (without notarization)
:: The tax office will arrange for the access credentials to be sent to the applicant entrepreneur.

Advantages for the entrepreneur

Access to automated data transmission is thus open to not only advisory professions, but also to other businesses in terms of filing, processing, and accessing records (e.g., account access, refunds, advance payments, residual breakdowns, payroll slips, tax returns, and notices).
