Planned new uniform industry-wide flat-rate taxation for profits and withholding taxes from 2005 onwards

Instead of the existing industry-specific flat-rate fees for restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, sales representatives, artists/writers, and athletes, a uniform industry-specific flat-rate fee is planned, which will be as follows: Disadvantages has:

:: The base for the flat tax and surtaxes for the years 2005 to 2008 are the average values for the years 2001 to 2003.

:: These average values increase by 5 % per year.
However, the average profit must not be less than € 15,000 per year.

:: The actual revenues may not exceed the average value of the years 2001 to 2003 as follows:

2005 at no more than 25 %
2006 not more than 50 %
2007 at no more than 75 %
2008 at no more than 100 %

In particular, it is critical that the fiscal authorities assume an annual income increase of at least 5 % %, and that they are indifferent to all sectors, which grossly contradicts the experience of everyday life.
