Early retirement without deductions?

From 01.01.2020, due to a current legislative amendment (Pension Adjustment Act 2020), it will be possible for employees with at least 45 years of compulsory insurance to retire
early retirement ("Hacklerpension NEW").

It can be assumed that some employees would like to take advantage of this "election sweetener" approved by parliament before the National Council elections and will approach their employer in this regard.

However, the regulations for early retirement without a reduction are very complex and unclear in detail. Therefore, interested employees are strongly advised to liaise with the pension insurance provider for specific information.
